 Regular Bail Application Format  ज्यादातर मामलों में अनीश कुमार की जजमेंट के बाद से 498A दहेज प्रताड़ना के मुकदमों में गिरफ्तारी होना ना के बराबर हो गया है । पुलिस अपनी कानूनी कार्रवाई पूरी करने के बाद चार्जशीट कोर्ट में पेश करती है। जिसके बाद आरोपियों को जमानत लेनी पड़ती है । यह आवेदन जमानत फॉर्म के साथ लगाई जाती है । इस दौरान कोई बहस या कोई दलीलें नही रखी जाती है । यहा तक कि कई लोग खुद ये प्रक्रिया बगैर वकील के भी खुद पूरी कर लेते है । डरे नही , इस कानूनी अतंकवाद के खिलाफ़ लड़े।
