ज्यादातर मामलों में अनीश कुमार की जजमेंट के बाद से 498A दहेज प्रताड़ना के मुकदमों में गिरफ्तारी होना ना के बराबर हो गया है । पुलिस अपनी कानूनी कार्रवाई पूरी करने के बाद चार्जशीट कोर्ट में पेश करती है। जिसके बाद आरोपियों को जमानत लेनी पड़ती है । यह आवेदन जमानत फॉर्म के साथ लगाई जाती है । इस दौरान कोई बहस या कोई दलीलें नही रखी जाती है । यहा तक कि कई लोग खुद ये प्रक्रिया बगैर वकील के भी खुद पूरी कर लेते है ।

डरे नही , इस कानूनी अतंकवाद के खिलाफ़ लड़े।

1.                 That Applicants, husband and wife aged 76 and 72 years old respectively, are law abiding citizens and belong to a very respectable family. They have never indulged in any illegal activity and command respect and admiration in their locality.

2.                 That Applicants have been falsely implicated in the above captioned case and they have nothing to do with alleged offences.

3.                 That charge-sheet has been filed in instant case without the arrest of Applicants.

4.                 That there is no chance of Applicants absconding or tampering with the prosecution evidence in the event of bail.

5.                 That the Applicants come from clean antecedents and have not been convicted previously or involved in any case of this nature except the present case.
