CAW या Women Cell में दहेज या स्त्रीधन की सूची का जवाब कैसे दे ?
हमारे देश में एक चलन सा बन गया है, वैवाहिक मामलों में जैसे ही कोई मतभेद आता है। महिलाएं दहेज की झूठी कंप्लेंट करती है और हमारे यहां का कानून , सारी न्याय प्रणाली। इस तरह की बन चुकी है, जो बगैर किसी जांच और सबूतों के शिकायतें दर्ज कर लेती हैं और फिर पुरुषों का शोषण किया जाता है।
जैसे ही कोई शिकायत थाने में आती है, उसे CAW ( सी ए डब्लू ) या महिला आयोग में भेज दिया जाता है। यह बहुत जरूरी है, समझना यह आयोग केवल मध्यस्था केंद्र के समान काम करते हैं । इनके पास पुलिस की तरह कोई भी जांच ( इन्वेस्टिगेशन ) सबूत इकट्ठे करना या किसी भी अपराधी का नाम जोड़ना या हटाने के अधिकार नहीं होते हैं। किसी भी तरह की रिश्वत ना दे।
अगर यहां पर किसी भी तरीके का आप के साथ दुर्व्यवहार होता है, मारपीट करी जाती है आप इसकी शिकायत , उच्च अधिकारी या 112 नंबर ( पुलिस सहायता नंबर ) पर करे। बिल्कुल भी घबराने की जरूरत नहीं होती है।
ज्यादातर मामलों में मामलों में शिकायतकर्ता बढ़ा चढ़ाकर मनगढ़ दहेज की लिस्ट आयोग में देती है जिसका जवाब पति को देने के लिए बाधित किया जाता है। जबकि ऐसी लिस्ट किसी भी कानूनी मानकों पर खड़ी नहीं उतरती है, ऐसे में कोई भी लिस्ट को स्वीकार नहीं करना चाहिए और उसका जवाब कानूनी शब्दों में देना जरूरी है। इस बात की गंभीरता को देखते हुए आपसे यह एक रिप्लाई साझा कर रहे हैं, उम्मीद है। यह आपके मुकदमों में आपकी सहायता करेगी।

2. I may bring once again to your knowledge that my marriage was solemnised with the Complainant-Mrs. 498A..WIFE on 14.12.20xx as per Hindu rites, customs and ceremonies at NDMC, Barat Ghar, Lodhi Road, Delhi, which was love cum arranged and dowry less marriage. It is pertinent to mention here that all the jewellery items except mangal sutra, each and every article, belongings, stridhan articles etc. of whatsoever nature of the Complainant always remained under her-Mrs. 498A..WIFE’s possession and control and are still lying with her, even my various articles, valuables and belongings are still under the illegal and unlawful custody of the Complainant, which she is misappropriating. Kindly advise my wife to return the items which belongs to me and my family.

Respected Sir, the above-said present complaint of Complainant-Mrs. 498A..WIFE, is not only baseless and are misleading, vague, malafide, imaginary, concocted, frivolous facts and stories but also is bundle of lies even to the knowledge of Complainant-Mrs. 498A..WIFE herein, having no legs to stand during judicial/ investigation scrutiny.
4. It is in your knowledge that in the above said matter, I have
received list of articles without any bills by Complainant-Mrs. 498A..WIFE through your goodself Enquiry Officer Shri NAME OF OFFICER on 01.01.20xx . The list
is not in accordance with the law, as no list was prepared at the time of
marriage. The undersigned is still offering his comments, despite the list
being bad in law, to aid the your good self Enquiry Officer towards reaching a
logical conclusion and to ensure that the false and fabricated list furnished
by the Complainant-Mrs. 498A..WIFE does not cause any miscarriage of justice to the
undersigned.
5. The list given to me is not in accordance
as per Rule 2 of Dowry Prohibition (Maintenance of list of presents to the
bride and bridegroom) Rules, 1985. In fact, no dowry was demanded at any time
and no list was prepared at the time of marriage, thus the list is not in
accordance with the law. The list is not even indexed, further no bills were
provided along with the list by the complainant(My wife Mrs 498A..WIFE).
6. It is also submitted that, Complainant-Mrs. 498A..WIFE had already taken my various articles, jewellery, valuables and belongings which are still under the illegal and unlawful custody of the complainant, which she is misappropriating and thereafter following items/ articles have been taken by her on 24.10.2010 and other date too when she left my parents house.
7. She had already taken her clothes, her
educational certificates, jewellery except mangalsutra and other costly items
etc. at the time of leaving my parent’s house on 24.10.20xx and other various
date too. However, she has left a few articles
at my parent’s house which are listed below and undersigned is ready to return
provided she produces proper bills and prior
information. The below mentioned list of goods and articles which I am always
ready and willing to handover to Complainant-Mrs.

the above items urgently. For mutual convenience, it would be appreciated if you could inform me two - three days in
advance, so that Undersigned can take the necessary arrangements to return

8. During the investigation in CAW Cell, Undersigned has cooperated with every aspect and will always cooperate in future. In addition, I wish to bring to your notice that I have been regularly coming to attend the proceedings in CAW cell with reference to the deceitful complaint filed by my wife and provided my full cooperation in the proceedings to the authorities and I hereby humbly request your good-self to kindly take above mentioned articles from me and hand over to Complainant-Wife at earliest.
